The Ottawa Italian Women’s Filò Committee is seeking sponsors for our upcoming event, as well as donations for our silent auction and door prizes.

Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship will apply directly to the annual Filò Gala, which takes place on March 7, 2025. The Filò Committee will ensure that sponsors get full value of marketing exposure for their donation. Deadline for your donation and logo submission is February 26, 2025.

GENERAL BENEFITS

  • Various print advertising and exposure, such as church bulletins and local newspapers, social media, as well as in the Gala program distributed to all guests and mailed out to all other listed sponsors.

  • Displayed on large screens on the night of the gala.

  • Depending on the level of sponsorship: honourable mention at the event and in press releases, possible exposure on radio/television advertisement and interviews, logo on the Filò website and link to your company website.

  • Distribution of your promotional material for attendees.

Platinum

  • $3,000 and above Logo on printed material, such as flyers, correspondence, and print advertising.

  • Special mention in our gala program.

  • Full screen recognition displayed on large screens on the night of the Gala.

  • Honourable mention during the event and in any radio/television interviews.

  • Distribution of company pamphlet in all attendees’ swag bags, if applicable.

  • Visibility on Filò website as a Platinum Sponsor of 2025 Gala with link to your company.

  • 4 Complimentary Filò Gala tickets.

Gold

  •  $1,500 to $2,999
    Honourable mention on all printed material.

  • Listed in our gala program.

  • Special recognition displayed on large screens on the night of the gala.

  • Distribution of company pamphlet in all attendees’ gift bags, if applicable.

  • Visibility on Filò website as a Gold Sponsor of 2025 Gala with link to your company.

Silver

  •  $1,000.00 to $1,499.00
    Recognition displayed on large screens on the night of the gala.

Bronze

  •  $500 to $999
    Recognition displayed on large screens on the night of the gala.

  • Up to $499

Clarification of Terms

VALUE OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Goods and services are accepted if they reduce the cost of the event by providing services (e.g. advertising) or goods required for the event (e.g. design work, printing, food, flowers). It is at the discretion of the Filò Committee which goods and services will be suitable or accepted.

Sponsors are required to provide the Filò Committee, as part of their sponsorship, with a statement outlining the goods and services to be provided and the specific value of each item.

EXPECTED BENEFITS TO SPONSORS
Additional benefits may be added closer to the event, which conform to the program format. If, due to unexpected circumstances, a particular benefit cannot be provided, then, at the discretion of the Filò, an equivalent will be substituted.
